Tups is built to respect your privacy. The app requires no account and no sign-in, works fully offline, shows no ads, and does not track you across other apps or websites. We collect only the minimal data described below to operate and improve the app.

1.1 Information You Provide
App settings and presets: Your preferences, settings, and saved presets are stored locally on your device. We do not collect or receive them.
Purchases: The app does not require an account. Subscription purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We do not collect or store your payment card details. Through RevenueCat we receive your subscription status and an anonymous app-user identifier to manage your subscription and "Restore Purchases."
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
Usage analytics: Anonymized usage data to understand how features are used and improve performance, via Firebase Analytics.
Crash reports: Crash logs to identify and fix technical issues, via Firebase Crashlytics.
Device information: Basic device data (OS version, device model) for compatibility and diagnostics.

3. Legal Bases (EEA/UK Users)
Where the GDPR applies, we process data on these bases: performance of a contract (managing your subscription), our legitimate interests (improving the app and fixing issues), and your consent where required by law. Where the CCPA applies, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by law.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share data only with:
Service providers: RevenueCat (subscription management) and Firebase / Google (analytics and crash reporting), who process data on our behalf to operate the app.
Legal requirements: Where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of users.
5. Data Retention
Analytics and crash data are retained only as long as needed for the purposes above (Firebase Analytics retains event data for up to 14 months by default). Subscription data is retained for the life of your subscription and any period required by law or by Apple/Google.
6. Data Security
Data transmitted by our service providers is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS.
Payments are handled by Apple, Google, and certified PCI-compliant processors — we never see your card details.
We review our practices and those of our providers periodically.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Access, correction, deletion: You may request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of the limited data associated with your device or subscription by contacting us.
Analytics choices: You can limit analytics collection through your device's privacy settings (for example, iOS Settings > Privacy & Security), and you can contact us to request deletion of analytics data associated with your device.
8. Children's Privacy
Tups is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly.
9. International Users
Tups is available globally. Data is processed by our service providers (such as Firebase/Google and RevenueCat), whose servers may be located in the United States and other countries. By using the app, you understand your information may be processed in those locations.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will note the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify users in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
